I can't get enough of this game

Metal Gear Solid 3: completed!


The gameplay, in concept, is brilliant! The use of lots of different goggles and sensors to see/detect and weapons take out/distract your enemy makes the game seem very real.
The controls are abysmal. No matter how much you get used to them, trying to execute an action is non responsive and highly inaccurate. The camera was no help either. The game frustrated me to the point where i didn't want to play it.
The story is excellent. Really enjoyed the cut scenes. The problem i had was that there were so many and some were an hour long. Made me feel i wasn't getting enough repetition to learn the gameplay or get used to the controls.

A great game. Loads of variation in the gameplay. Great story. Still, it's very flawed!!



I looked up a few strategies on how to beat The Boss but couldn't execute any of them so i came up with my own strats. Placed a few claymores behind trees and ran around until she blew herself up. Then hid in the grass and used the thermal toggles to spot her and took her out with a few head shots with the sniper rifle.

Same thing happens me.. after a while if i don't comment on a thread the notifications stop
