SEGA has announced “SEGA AGES” for the Nintendo Switch.
The game will release on the Switch eShop starting this summer. SEGA AGES features more than 15 classic Sega titles, developed by M2, will be released via the Nintendo eShop starting this summer. M2 is the company behind the SEGA 3D Classics line that was released on the 3DS.
As for the titles that will be included, all that was said was that it will have “Sonic the Hedgehog, Thunder Force IV, Phantasy Star, and more”.

Guess that puts an end to virtual console for the mega drive at least.
