By then, I don't think I'd want to go back to them, unless it's a game I really wanted to finish and I didn't. At the moment the only games I've deleted on PS4 that are digital is MW remastered, because I'm done with that, Injustice 2, done with that, Life is Strange, done with that, Saints Row Gat Out of Hell, didn't finish that but i'm done with that for me. So i'm fine with that. if you dont want the game anymore and you had the disc game, you could have sold it and used the money for new game you wanted, digital you dont get a dime back from. and as it seams you go through a lot of games in a short time you might benefit from this i think.. |

I'm aware of this, Ron. Some don't work without this data but it's only a few.
I have only AC New leaf that require the data I downloaded. I thought it was so until then I totally by accident deleted the entire save data. All my other games work without the updates.
I'm thinking it's a good idea to wait until other users have start to post the "real" information outside the box.
I use to check Wikipedia mostly, often I can find this info in need just a month after the release. In that case I can avoid the "most baddies" of the extra data demanding games.

I think i've only traded in games once, I took a load of them in to get money for some WiiU games at the same time, but yeah I see your point. I prefer having physical copies like others too, but like I said, I really don't mind the odd digital game, saves time having to change disc haha. And it depends, I'm nearly finished with Monster Hunter Stories on 3DS but i've been playing that since it came out in 2017. I just don't stick around with most games after finishing like people who want 100% or platinum trophies like you do, i'm quite impatient I guess. |
