The game is about two kingdoms, the conquest loving Nohr and the peace loving Hoshido. Well, you, the avatar, were born into the Hoshidian Royal Family and were kidnapped when you were younger and raised in Nohr. Here you developed bonds with the Nohrian Royal Family, and sort of thought of them as your brother and sisters. You then run away to Hoshido, where you meet your 'true' family. You spend awhile with them until both kingdoms are at war, there you have to decide do you side with Nohr, and go for loyalty, or do you pick Hoshido, and go by your blood family. I'm sorry for making that so long...

I'm totally getting both, but I plan on making Nohr my "canon" game (though I'm not yet sure if that means I'll play it first; I might start with Hoshido and save the "best" (though whether it really is or not remains to be seen. At the very least, I hear that Nohr is the more difficult of the two, so based on that, that could be another reason to play Hoshido first) for last...) Also, a little something I found; an early chance to check out the customization options of your main character: kamuicustomizer.appspot.com/Also, a little something I want to get off of my chest... I really love Fire Emblem (played every one, except the first, which had two remakes anyway, and the second), but I usually keep to myself in matters regarding it, since out of the Fire Emblem communities, the ones I'm aware of, at least, I haven't found a single one I consider "decent." Everywhere I look, its fans seem to complain about the most trivial stuff. For example, a lot of people seem to have gotten upset over the fact that the marriage and children system is returning in Fates, at least partially because of other fans talking about their "waifus" (or "husbandos")-to-be. Sure, romancing fictional characters may be a little weird to some (though, to be fair, in books, video games, movies, etc., we do see the characters as "people" to some degree; If we didn't, we wouldn't care about them and what happens to them, and without that, what's the point of fiction? It's all make-believe anyway. The way I see it, it's like reading a romance novel, and putting oneself in the shoes of the hero/heroine and imagining a romance with that beautiful woman or that ruggedly handsome, but sensitive-looking dude you see on the cover), but so what? If people find that aspect enjoyable, then I say more power to them, and if they don't, just don't put a lot of stock into it and find something else about it to enjoy. I just don't get why people care so much about how others play these games, especially since they are single-player; People can play these games however the heck they want. Others complain about the series changing too much with Fire Emblem: Awakening, onward. Maybe, but Awakening attracted new fans and saved the series; Isn't that a good thing? Anyway, I just wanted to get that out of my system...

Cool Kamui. I'll try that later. I heard how Awakening changed a lot of things.

There's a reason I used quotations, as well as the use of the word, "my" prior to the word, "canon," which is indicative of individuality, which means it's purely in regards to my perspective and mine alone. I'm just saying it'll be my game of choice. And yes, I'm aware of Invisible Kingdom. It's just until then, I'm going with Nohr.

Nohr seems the more interesting if less traditional so i am going with that although i would like an option for all three in one (Including the third DLC one)
