what the hell nintendo, you gone cheap on the plastic.. look at this crap, this is not good. first the manuals goes then they start to cut holes in the plastic cover. if not careful enough you can easy poke holes in this cover and ruin the paper cover... after a few rounds through a few gamestops, it will be ruined...

I haven't heard about a recycling game either.. Is this from the same makers who make the lumberjack simulator?

One would think it's more expensive to trace and cut the boxes like that. Those molds are not going to keep themselves sharp..

Those molds are not going to keep themselves sharp.. i just found out my sonic lost world game is from australia because it has a different region age marking.. so this might be something they only do for a few selected countries.. my other nintendo games are from uk and germany, they all have proper plastic cases... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_Classification_Board

Checked as i thought mine has no holes! as i though... hopefully this will not be something they start doing on everything, to save a few bucks. here is mine with the 'g' marking... the fun thing is that someone have bought it in australia and then it traveled all the way up to norway i didnt get the dlc since it either was used or have expired, looked on the eshop but no dlc to buy so i guess it was a one day thing in 2013...
