Is your wife better at the game than you? just curious every woman I have come across in my lifetime always plays these style of games way better than me. Maybe I am just crap at it or women are really good at them

More progress on bulletstorm tonight. Now on Chapter 5 act 1. Really loving this game now to be honest. I put this game right up there with Rage ( which is one of my all time favourites btw ) Just goes to show something you never liked first time might surprise you if you give it a second shot. Also not noticed any texture popping in this game like I have seen in Rage. Meh so much for id Tech 5!! I thought rage was a good game, but i was really annoyed with the ending (or should i say lack of)

Playing Tomb Raider Anniversary (part of Tomb Raider Trilogy) on PS3. Great memories of the original game on the Sega Saturn, must have been my first experience of a 3D game. This is certainly no lazy remake, they have changed quite a lot, the look of each location, the puzzles etc although there's still a lot of familiarity. I'm up to Palace Midas. Had to touch Midas to get the Lara turning to solid gold death scene!! This game however started my life long fear of crocodiles. Still terrify me. Think it's because I feel so helpless swimming in water with them and can't shoot them. Wait till you play the first level of underworld craig!

Cool, yeah I have all the FarCry's right up to 4 was going to play them starting with the first but don't like it. Not keen on the 2nd either, 3 looks do able then will play 4 at some stage. FarCry Primal looks awesome. Far cry 4 is amazing. I played the shit out of it bot long ago. Got the platinum trophy! Can't wait for primal either. That's less than a week away. Got the special edition pre ordered from amazon

Rage is one of my favourite games of all time but agree about the ending, did you know about the DLC? they brought out ' The Scorchers ' about one year after release, was around Christmas time but some dedication that and it was cheap also added to the ending so that you could replay it with everything you accumulated plus a new difficulty to boot!!

I might look into it again at some point if it expands or elaborates on the ending more. Like i say, really good fame. Great gameplay. I just felt duped by the ending

It doesn't change the ending but it adds this
OVERVIEW A new threat arises Battle an all-new maniacal bandit clan, wreak havoc with new brutally efficient weapons and explore undiscovered areas in RAGE’s new official add-on pack, RAGE: The Scorchers™. Fight alongside new allies to thwart the Scorcher clan’s deadly plot to destroy the Wasteland.
The add-on pack also includes ‘Ultra-Nightmare’, a new high difficulty mode, as well as an ‘Extended Play’ option that allows you to play past the original ending of the game - giving you the opportunity to finish collecting items and achievements.
Developed by id® Software, the creators of DOOM® and QUAKE®, RAGE features intense first-person shooter action, breakneck vehicle combat, an expansive world to explore and jaw-dropping graphics powered by id’s revolutionary id Tech® 5 technology.
Key Features:
New Enemies and Weapons
Fight the Scorcher clan, the Wasteland’s most psychotic bandits, and conquer overwhelming odds with help from a brutal Nailgun featuring three distinct ammunition types.
Rediscover the Wasteland
Explore six all-new environments, compete in a new season of Mutant Bash TV and play all-new mini-games. There’s more to the world of RAGE than ever before!
Ultra-Nightmare Mode
Take your rage to another level with the new Ultra-Nightmare Mode, designed especially for hardcore players looking for the ultimate challenge.
Extended Play Mode & Combat Scenario Selection
Continue exploring the Wasteland long after the final fight with the ‘Extended Play’ option, and relive your favorite missions any time you want with the all-new ‘Combat Scenario Selection’ menu.
