Shed loads of rumours on the mill today with data miners discovering games coming to the Wii U like skyward sword and Metroid other M and now this fusion everyone and their grandfather has been harping on about forever I really am deciding whether now is the time to trade in my Wii U or keep it hoping it will become a must have collectors console many years from now when I am old and decrepit and need the cash for my evening out at the Mecca.

I think u should keep the wii u no matter what. but yea the rumors and whispers are getting louder, I wonder how far away the new console may be...I am a HUGE fanboy so I kno i'll but it no matter what.

Hmmmn I'm not sure to be honest since owning the thing I have about only a dozen games from Nintendo and about only 3 from third party. I've a bigger wii collection than Wii U and I have more indie games on the Wii U than Wii U games. Sad state of affairs but I will hold onto it in the hope for Zelda and Super Mario Galaxy U or Mario Sunshine 2.0 but I am seriously considering getting rid of it. One thing is for sure, next gen I am not jumping on the band wagon, not after all the c0ck ups and game delays this gen.

sheet yea all of the screws up have sucked for sure...tbh i'm not on the bandwagon I helped build it! so imo nin10do could openly say "hers r new "blank" its a real turd...oh well" and i'd still buy it, but that's me. I have hopes if n when the "NX" drops that sum of the big games like Zelda sunshine galaxy will be multiple console titles. I still have big hopes for big games here on the U...hell I get big hopes we get games that could/would use multiple gamepads...I kno I live in a fantasy world full awesome nin10do happenings and free lap dances.  |

It would be good for when your one breaks rather than having to send it by mail to a Nintendo repair warehouse near you. Anyway we all know Nintendo is the greatest at keeping secrets so something fishy that we have these rumours of dev kits doesn't it? I thought you would of been sworn to secrecy.

If they've only just sent out Devkits, unless they want another Wii U disaster of broken or downgraded ports to make them fit within the timeframe, it's most likely a 2017 device.

Also, everyone is aging 'I predicted this' regarding today's NX rumour. That doesn't sit well with me. Plus the source, Wall Street Journal, previously said a Zelda live action was happening, so bucketload of salt needed.
