I could do it for you but if you would like to do it yourself hers how:
first you must log into your miiverse account on your pc. then just drag your mii avatar to the desktop. after that go to your profile and you can upload it from your pc to your profile. (Thanks to Ron for this answer)

Varvara, if you go to edit your profile, click the 'personal' tab and under 'signature' type the following code, replacing the middle text with a link to the picture you want as your sig.

'[IM G]your link here[/IMG]' (Without the space before G, sorry, only way I could type it here without it using the code)

You can upload a pic to a service like tinypic or imgur and find the link from there.
If you need any more help just ask!

welcome to the forum dennis

log into your miiverse account on your pc. then just drag your mii avatar to the desktop. after that go to your forum profile and upload it
