Yes you read that right! The Shining RPG series is finally coming back to the west. Crazy to think its been 14 years in Europe since Shining Soul II on the Game Boy Advance. Its not been as long for our American friends, 10 Years with Shining Force EXA. As the US saw a release of the last three on PS2. shining resonance refrain is an update to a Japan exclusive PS3 Title and is now coming to PS4 & Switch in all major territories.
