i just updated the first post of this forum thread with a new 'how to do it'... hopefully this will make it more easy to understand

to take wiiu screenshots without miiverse, do this..

1. start up your wiiu and wiiu web browser, go to weverse, bookmark and sign in (dont forget clicking on 'remember me') choose 'desktop' mode in the bottom corner of the web page.

2. go to tinyimg.io/ and bookmark it

3. start up the game, press the home menu button on the screen you want a screenshot of.

4. navigate to the image hosting site (tinyimg.io) with the wiiu web browser and click the upload button in the middle of the screen, select the screen you want, and click on the 'copy image url' that pops up.

5. navigate back to weverse (in desktop mode or you will not have the option to post pictures) make a new post (or reply), click the image icon for posting picture, paste the url you copied from tinyimg.io in the box where it says 'image url' and you are done.
