Pork chops! Heat 2 tbsp sunflower oil and 1 tsp butter in a pan on high for 2 mins. Sprinkle them with salt, black ground pepper and a small bit of cayenne pepper. Add to the pan for 3 mins a side and 1 minute on their back to cook the fat! Pour remaining juices over em on the plate \(*.*)/ NOM!!!!  |

 would have bits of chop stuck between the gaps of my teeth which for me is ultra annoying. Sounds great though. |

These had bone in em. First time i've seen pork chops with bone. Didn't bother me.. all that's left is the bone now anyway

Bacon salad! Olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the dressing. Chopped green peppers and onions, chopped bacon topped with grated cheddar. Had no cashew nuts to add to it.  |

So tonight I had Spicy cous cous and birdseye inspirations fish chargrills with sun ripened tomato, basil and oregano. Stats? 5g fibre, 60g protein, and only 9g fat. Calories? only 620.  |

Was really tasty especially the cous cous, just add stats so if I come and check on here I can see what meals benefit trying to shed a few lbs. Gotta admit that's a hell of a punch of protein and only 620 calories. I will be having this again.

hell I look like nobody on tv I am seriously overweight so trying to eat healthier foods with good nutrition in them. Eating poorly is why I put on so much weight, eating healthy is what will make me get rid of it. |

The thing is they wonder why we are all getting fffffat? maybe stop it with all the fast food takeaways and stop selling huge bars of chocolate for 1£$ and sell healthy food CHEAP and the world will be a better place. Keep the lights on though you don't know who's going around . |

hehe!! indeed!! its seems if its good for you or safety then it cost A LOT! we try n eat right next to no fast foods for us its just such a pain to eat right, but we try. maybe I can get the wifey to eat a corndog in the dark tonight hehe!!! |
